Kung-fu mogul
Le mec est arrivé avec ses potes au début des années 90, gonflé à bloc, en direct de Staten Island, et il révolutionne le petit monde du hip-hop. Avec des samples de soul et des dialogues de films de kung-fu, Rza impose sa patte, sa pâte, son rap, son clan et son business-plan. Les morceaux se comptent rapidement par dizaines, le succès est rapide, les enjeux toujours plus importants.
2014, le Wu est vieillissant, mais parfois encore capable, pendant que Robert Diggs / Rza réalise disques et films, multiplie les projets, rap, chante, produit, vend, achète, essaie et expérimente. Voici quelques beats que l’on a entendu ça et là, ces 20 dernières années.
